Conflict Mediation
Conflict Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution which provides the best alternative to litigation. If you are hoping to resolve an issue amongst individuals or parties without going to court, please consider mediation. My style of mediation is facilitative mediation which aims to get the two or more parties involved in the same room to discuss issues and potential resolution.
Rate: $250/hr; minimum 1 hour

Corporate Dialogue Facilitation
While similar in goal to conflict mediation, dialogue facilitation takes a slightly different approach to finding resolutions to wicked problems. Wicked problems are the different, often competing agendas and needs individuals bring to meetings that create a frustrating and potential hostile work environment. When shared project goals can't be identified or project progress is at an impasse, consider dialogue facilitation.
Rate: (3-20 people) $100/hr; (3-20 people) $1500/day;
(20-300 people) custom rate based on length of facilitation & number of facilitators

Custom-Tailored Workshops

I create custom tailored workshops based on the interpersonal and strategic messaging needs of your organization. These workshops utilize activity-based learning to unpack assumptions, identify opportunities for growth, and build a learning community. I have offered workshops on diversity, equity, & inclusion, grant composition writing, and program evaluation. These workshops are researched to addressed the specific needs of the organization, customized for maximum impact, and co-facilitated so that participants get hands-on attention and feedback.
Non-profit Rate: $2,000/ 3 hour workshop
Corporate Rate: $5,000/ 3 hour workshop

UX Research

UX research is a great way to understand the users' needs, limits of a product's usability, and have data to back-up your design decisions! I engage in generative and evaluative UX research using the following UX methods: Interviews, Focus Group Interviews, Ethnography, Task & Activity Analysis, Contextual Inquiry, Remote Research, Surveys, A/B testing, Artifact Collection, Card Sorting.
