Welcome! I'm a qualitative researcher with training in multivariate statistics and survey design. I received my PhD in Human Communication with a focus on communication technology and intercultural communication in the context of migration. I'm currently working as a Sr. UX Researcher for USAA, collaborating with stakeholders to identify research needs, develop screeners, work with recruitment, moderate studies, analyze data, and present findings. Previously, I worked at a UX research agency where I worked with clients from Fortune 500 companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Google. Additionally, I am a trained conflict mediator and dialogue facilitator for corporate and personal mediation.
I originally hail from Detroit but have spent a significant amount of time living in Austin, New York, and Phoenix, with a one year stint in D.C. I love traveling, photography, food (consuming and cooking), painting, life drawing, and deep diving into conversations. Get to know me and my work a little better by poking around my website.
